Thank you to everyone who came out on Saturday to help with the HUGE amount of work that we accomplished emptying the barn and preparing for the new cement floor to be poured in the near future.

WHY ARE WE CEMENTING THE BARN FLOOR? Because we need a place to worship as a parish family for the rest of the pandemic. Meeting outside is not going to be practical very soon, and meeting in the church proper is WAY TOO SMALL with physical distancing requirements!

Evening Services will be held on Sunday, October 11 at 6:00 p.m. with Divine Liturgy on Monday, October 12 at 8:00 a.m. Please join us as your personal schedule allows! Please plan to join us for the commemoration of the Venerable Sergius of Radonezh on October 7 at 6:00 p.m. and October 8 at 8:00 a.m. All are welcome! The services will be inside the church, so we ask that you sign up. This allows us to understand the number of people that will attend since we have limited, physically distanced spaces:

Cradle Orthodox are welcome too, but those who have chosen as adults to come to the Holy Church often have a zeal to help others find the True Faith, and have good ideas in this regard about what worked well when they became Orthodox – and what didn’t. This is a chance to put those hard-learned lessons into practice to help welcome others to St. Vladimir’s, and potentially welcome them to the Holy Church!

DIVINE SERVICES WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 28, 2020

The Pastoral School is pleased to offer both our Church Slavonic Classes this fall semester – beginning October 1 and running for 8 weeks. The beginning class is a requirement for all Pastoral Theology students. Both classes are excellent and taught by very experienced professors. The beginning class is taught by our own Natalia Yurievna Kondrashova!

Present students can simply register in Populi for these courses:

Church Slavonic (this is the required class)
Intermediate/Advanced Church Slavonic (this one is highly recommended)
