This Sunday’s Annual Meeting will be VERY full. For this reason, we are asking everyone to read the reports in advance. We also ask that you ask questions in advance. Each report will receive 5 minutes of question and answer/discussion time at the meeting on Sunday. If questions and answers are not exhausted after 5 minutes an additional 5 minutes will be allotted. ANNUAL MEETING PREPARATION
We have run our diocesan assemblies in this manner for more than 10 years, and this format, namely, read first and ask questions or discuss at the meeting, is the most efficient and informative we have found. Thank you for taking the time to do this “homework” before the meeting – we think you will all be pleased with the results in that we will accomplish MUCH more, and the meeting will take much less time than in previous years.
