Save the date for a barbecue fundraiser for the Ann Arbor Orthodox Classical Academy! Lent will be over. Join us for a delicious non-Lenten lunch for a great cause! It is time to finish our school! So we’ll kick off a new campaign *to raise the last funds needed* at this fundraiser. Mark your calendars for April 9 at 10:00 a.m. at STV for our Pre-Pascha cleanup! Pascha is April 24 – and we need to get our 11 acres of land in shape for the feast of feasts and the day of days. Many hands make light work, and to be honest, it is just more fun when we get a bunch of folks together to accomplish something good! So join us! We’ll have some lenten food for you too – so you’ll have plenty of energy to do plenty of good.

We present here a short educational offering for both children and adults on the upcoming Sunday's principle Gospel reading so that all can better prepare for the Divine Services. Parents are asked to review the children’s portion with their children. It is very important for us to attend the Divine Services on Sundays and whenever else we are able, but in addition it is our spiritual responsibility to educate ourselves and our families in the faith. It is our hope that this mid-week offering will be an aid in this regard. Please contact Fr. Gregory with questions or suggestions.

The Liturgical Fast for those communing begins after breakfast. In other words, you may eat breakfast, but eat or drink nothing further after that. Parents should use their best judgment regarding their children, as always. Those who confessed on the weekend prior to the Wednesday Presanctified need not confess again on/before Wednesday.
