God willing, Deacon Dmitri Mihaliov will be ordained a priest on Sunday, August 27 for service at our St. Ambrose Mission in Mackinaw City. Ordination is the sacrament of the Holy Church that we probably least often participate in, but it is important that we all participate in this ordination appropriately. We ask all our parishioners to review the ordination instructions here and to address questions to Fr. Gregory or Fr. Colin. Please remember - the Divine Liturgy begins at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 27.

Please join us for the second Pascha of our parish! July 27 5:00 p.m. + July 28 9:00 a.m. We would NEVER miss the Pascha of our Lord – let us also be present for the second Pascha of our parish: the feast of St. Vladimir!

Visiting Clergymen: liturgical color is red.

We present here a short educational offering for both children and adults on the upcoming Sunday's principle Gospel reading so that all can better prepare for the Divine Services. Parents are asked to review the children’s portion with their children. It is very important for us to attend the Divine Services on Sundays and whenever else we are able, but in addition it is our spiritual responsibility to educate ourselves and our families in the faith. It is our hope that this mid-week offering will be an aid in this regard. Please contact Fr. Gregory with questions or suggestions.

Young men, mature men, all men! Being a man in today’s world is a challenge. Being a Christian man is an even greater challenge! Join us for a meal and fellowship at Fr. Gregory’s on Sunday, July 16 at 6:00 p.m. No agenda, except for our mature men to mentor our young men, and our young men to inspire our mature men. If we support each other the body of Christ is strengthened and everyone wins, including Christian women, who need strong Christian men (just as Christian men need strong Christian women).
